The Dan de Lion Lodge is a charming, historic home, built in 1918, as a forerunner of the modern day night club, or "speak easy". Newly and comfortably renovated, it is perfect for family gatherings,  grilling, boating, fishing and relaxing sunsets.

Nestled among 7 acres of live oaks and palmettos on the banks of beautiful Dog River, you'd never imagine that the home is located 15 minutes from Downtown Mobile; a city famous for being the birthplace of Mardi Gras, its delicious Gulf seafood and many antebellum homes in its 600 blocks of historic districts.  
World famous Bellingrath Gardens is 30 minutes to the south and the beautiful white sand beaches of Dauphin Island are 45 minutes away.
